In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of merchandise arrival so that we can issue you a return authorization code. Returns must include authorization code and be shipped in original packaging in new/unused condition. Items that smell of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back.
Shipping and handling charges on return merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Cowgirl in the Sand is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the return process.
Full refunds will be issued for requests made in the first 14 days after original merchandise arrival. Return requests received after 14 days will be issued a store credit. No refunds or credit will be given after 30 days.
Sale Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned/refunded
Items that are hand-stamped with specific and personal information such as name, monogram, etc. are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All Sales on earrings, hair accessories (including hats), and socks are Final Sale. This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions.
Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
